Wedding Starter Package | $240
Would you like to organise your own wedding but don't know where to start..?
This package includes a consultation with your wedding co-ordinator to discuss the style
of wedding that suits you. At this appointment your co-ordinator will help you work out
suitable contacts to fulfil your requirements.
Your wedding co-ordinator will then get back to you with a list of recommended contacts.
It is then up to you to contact them, source the quotes and do all the organising yourself.
Additional assistance with obtaining further contacts can be arranged, if required, at $60
per consultation.
Wedding Venues Package | $500
Have you already planned your wedding but need assistance with the set up of the
ceremony and reception venues..?
All consultations are included. Your wedding coordinator will source
everything you need regarding decorations and equipment.
A deposit of $150 is required within one week of making the booking. Payment is to be finalised
at least two weeks prior to the wedding. Hiring/Purchasing costs are not included.
Wedding Day Co-ordinator Package | $750
Is your wedding all organised but you would just like someone to be there on the day
to make sure everything runs smoothly..?
Your wedding coordinator will be present on your big day to liaise with your suppliers,
to ensure your venues are decorated and to coordinate the formalities.
A deposit of $200 is required within two weeks of making the booking. All consultations
are included in this package price. Payment is to be finalised at least two weeks prior
to the wedding.
Wedding Assistance Package | $1000
Are more than three aspects of your wedding already planned..?
We can help you with organising the rest of your wedding and tying it all together for you.
Package includes:
- Initial consultation to determine what has been organised and what still needs to be done.
- Organisation and coordination of outstanding arrangements.
- Continuing consultation with bride and groom to ensure their desires are met.
- Wedding coordinator as primary point of contact for all suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.
A deposit of $500 must be paid within two weeks of the initial consultation before any
services can commence. Final payment is to be made at least one month prior to the wedding.
With this package your wedding coordinator will not be present on the day of your wedding.
This can be included for an additional discounted fee of $50.00/hour (weekdays), $55/hour
(weekends), $65/hour (public holiday). Travel costs may apply depending on location.
Decoration of the church/ceremony location and reception venues is not included in this
package but can be added for a discounted fee of $400 (normally $500). You will be required
to pay the cost of hiring and/or purchasing items used in the decorating. This package
also does not include arranging attire for the bridal party although we are happy to
recommended stores for the bridal party to visit.
Full Wedding Planners Package | 10% to 15% of Total Cost of Wedding
Have you ever dreamed of being able to step back and have a relaxed and stress free wedding ..?
Your personal wedding coordinator will take care of everything. You only have to make the
final decision on your favourite recommendations.
Your wedding coordinator will source all quotes for you and liaise with suppliers on your behalf.
Your wedding coordinator will also be in attendance at the ceremony and reception to ensure the
smooth running of the day and to deal with any unexpected events.
Package includes:
- Initial consultation to determine the style and size of the wedding, to help coordinate a budget and assisting with choosing suppliers and venues to suit your wishes and needs.
- All subsequent consultations to confirm and finalise details.
- The wedding coordinator as primary point of contact for suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.
- After you decide on your suppliers and venues your personal wedding coordinator will organise the photographer, florist, vehicles, wedding cake, invitations, ceremony and reception venues, music arrangements and all the little things that go together to make your day complete.
- Your wedding coordinator will be available to attend and assist with all wedding related celebrations and functions as required. (Bridal showers, kitchen teas, rehearsal and of course the day of your wedding.)
A deposit of $500 must be made within two weeks of the initial consultation before any services can be
commenced. Final payment must be made one month prior to the wedding.
International Brides | from $240
Travelling from overseas for your wedding and/or honeymoon and need some help..?
Unlike most wedding co-ordinators, at Brisbane Wedding Planners we do not charge you any
extra for being an International Bride. We can tailor make a package or you can chose one
from our Services page. The only thing we request is a little more planning time,
allowing for time differences that can slow down communications.
Payments must be made in Australian Dollars via International Telegraphic Transfer or
through PayPal. PayPal payments incur a 3.8% service charge.
